Walk 15 minutes to the Haight-Ashbury or trendy Mission district's Valencia Street for shopping or local food. Easy transit access to all sites within San Francisco, including downtown, Ferry Building, Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, zoo, Golden Gate Park.

This was a non-simultaneous exchange. This family is expected to visit my home in June 2023. The listing US069796 worked out very very well for me. The house was attractive, the owner's directions clear, and the owner was generously accommodating. The neighborhood was a lovely bonus.
Rosemary was communicative and easy to work with, left my home tidy and followed all my requests for closing up upon her leaving. I would be happy to exchange with her again!

We are a 2 teacher family that enjoys traveling, bookstores, trying local foods, checking out beautiful natural scenery, architecture, walking, swimming, stopping for coffee and tea, and maybe shopping for local specialty items. We have 2 adult children who generally don't travel with us but could possibly come for a short while.
