Beautifully decorated home located in a safe and secure community, 20 minutes north of Denver, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. There is a park, swim pool, and pickle ball courts one block from my house, Our neighborhood includes 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, and a public golf course for your use.

Our home has a large main bedroom with a king size bed with a private bathroom and a balcony. The second bedroom has a futon bed that can sleep 2. We have a beautifully landscaped yard with patio for outdoor dining and a gas grill.

30 minute drive to Denver, where you can enjoy the newly renovated Union Train Station with many restaurants and shops, the Denver Art Museum, the Botanic Gardens, historic Larimer Square with many boutiques and restaurants, and the Brown Palace (historic hotel with restaurants). There is also a good zoo, 2 large city parks with lakes and grass lawns good for picnicking. There is a large amusement park in the middle of Denver with rides and roller coasters, and a few water parks for children with water slides and other water rides.

If you enjoy nature, we are close to the mountains. Rocky Mountain Park is one hour away with many beautiful hikes with lakes and mountain meadows. Vail is a 2 hour drive and Aspen is 3 hours - these are both picturesque and charming mountain towns. You can visit the mountains for a day trip and hike or an overnight trip.
