Sunny house with terrace and garden in a quiet residential area at 30 min. from Gent and Bruges.
We build this sunny house in 1992.
In summer there is sun in the garden from 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
When it's too hot for the terrace, it's nice staying under the trees.
There we eat during summer.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.
We have a treadmill, 2 electric bikes and 2 non-electric bikes.

About the neighborhood
We live in a very quiet street in a little village named Vosselare.
At < 1 km there is a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a take-away pizzeria.
At 3 km you find several shops.
The neighbours are about the same age as us and they are very kind.
At 4 km we have friends with more than 25 years of homechange experience.
They will be ready for help and advice.

De ruil is maar gedeeltelijk doorgegaan. Onze ruilpartners zijn niet naar ons huis gekomen om medische redenen. Wij hebben wel kunnen verblijven in hun vakantieappartement.
Myriam en André zijn heel sympathieke, attente en ruimdenkende mensen. Hun huis is heel aangenaam met een heel goed bed en veel stijlvolle decoratie.. Fribourg is een leuk en levendig stadje.
Heel vriendelijk koppel. Aangename woning. Vooral de slaapkamer op de gelijkvloerse verdieping met badkamer én de tuinkamer konden ons bekoren.
Carine en Ivan zijn aardige mensen, het contact verliep soepel en vlot. We hebben ons huis weer keurig aangetroffen.
